• All jewellery is handmade and may have slight variations, which add to the uniqueness of each piece.

• We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee your device’s display is exact.

• We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.

• We accept major payment methods via secure third-party processors.

• Prices and availability may change without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship Australia-wide and internationally (where available).

• Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Please refer to our Returns Policy for details.

• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

• We do not accept returns on earrings (for hygiene reasons) or customised/personalised items, unless faulty.

6. Repairs & Warranty

• We repair only our own jewellery. Repairs are free for 3 months from purchase (T&C Apply).

• After 3 months, repairs may incur a small fee, depending on the work required.

• Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

7. Use of Website

• You agree not to misuse our website or services, including attempting to hack, copy, or resell without permission.

• We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from use of our website.
